Consumer Goods

The stuff you buy at the store...the final step of the manufacturing process. Consumer goods, quite simply, are those goods purchased by the consumer, as opposed to goods made for other manufacturers.

So it's not the oil that refineries buy...it's the gas you pump into your car. Not the microchip, but the computer. Not the wood, but the furniture.
