You just interviewed with ABC Staffing Company. They said they have a few employers in mind and will send your information to them. Two days later, you get a call saying they've arranged for you to work for 6 months with ABC Medical Company. During those 6 months, you work for the medical company, but your paycheck comes from ABC Staffing. At the end of the employment period, ABC Medical can hire you on as a full-time employee, or you'll go back to ABC Staffing to find your next position.
