Press Conference

There exists a ton of competition in the food juicer industry...lots of different ways to squeeze oranges and make its guts come out into a glass. The machines press the flesh of the citrus and other things until they scream and cry. And yes, every year, all of the players in the industry get together to talk about how well or poorly their biz is...bizzing.

That's a press conference. But it's totally different from the kind that lives in corporate America and in D.C. A press conference is just a conference...with the press. Representatives of varying media outlets are granted access to a public deliverance of information. Sometimes it's insight into when Bryce Harper can be expected back in the lineup. But often it's the face of a company or government revealing info about...what's behind the face.
