It sounds like something you'd hear at a Debutante Ball.
But...it's not. It just means that some snippet of TV programming never made it to the DirecTV or Comcast or Hulu or whoever's scheduler before the last time the directory was uploaded onto the hard drive of your TV controller. So now it's just blank. It says TBA, even if that empty slot appears on TBS. (But you can guess it's a Big Bang Theory rerun playing, so like...did you really need the programming guide anyway?)
