This line is from the song "Oops!...I Did It Again," sung by Britney Spears on her album Oops!…I Did It Again and written by Max Martin and Rami Yacoub (2000).
You say "Oops!" when you knock over a glass of milk or trip down a flight of stairs (okay, so maybe we're a little clumsy). So "Oops!… I did it again" should mean "my bad, times two." For this song, however, Britney is having some mean fun at the expense of her latest squeeze. Britney admits that she has been leading this poor guy on, making him believe that she's in love with him—not. She likes to play the game and oops!—she's gone and done it again.
Here's a fun factoid: when filming the famous Martian "Oops" music video, a camera fell on Britney. Talk about oops.
