- The last section of the order tells the Secretary of Defense that he's also allowed to delegate orders to the Secretaries of the Army and Air Force in case he needs a little help, like if he gets so caught up in binge-watching Survivor reruns that he forgets to order up the 101st Airborne in time for school to start.
