El Patrón Timeline and Summary

(To make things a bit simpler, we're giving you his timeline in the order that it happened in his life, not the order that it happens in the book).
El Patrón was born over a hundred years ago in Aztlán, formerly known as Mexico.
He loses his entire family to illness at a young age.
El Patrón slowly begins to gain power and becomes a drug lord. He proposes the creation of Opium to the authorities in the United States. Opium stops the illegal immigration problem and doesn't sell its drugs in the United States.
El Patrón develops his eejits and uses people captured at the border as slaves. He also starts using clones to prolong his life.
Our Matt is one of a long line of El Patrón clones who have all been killed to keep El Patrón alive.
El Patrón treats Matt well and makes sure he is educated. But then, his health starts to fail. Eventually, he collapses at Steven and Emilia's wedding.
Of course, El Patrón tries to kill Matt to use his heart, but Celia reveals that she poisoned Matt to protect him from this. El Patrón then dies, shocked.
Before dying, El Patrón arranged his funeral carefully. He makes sure that everyone drinks poisoned wine and kills his entire family and his bodyguards. Not cool.
