Sam Timeline & Summary

Sam is zapped out of Nirvana by Yama, Ratri, and Tak.
They ask him to rekindle his war with the gods. He agrees.
Doing the time warp, we go back in time to when Sam was still Prince Siddhartha.
Sam learns the gods are more stringent on whom they give new bodies to these days, so rather than risk it, he storms the Palace of Karma and steals a resurrection machine for himself.
Years later, Sam styles himself a Buddha and teaches an anti-gods message.
Sam converts an assassin named Rild to his new religion.
Yama comes to finish what Rild started, but Sam gives him the slip.
Sam heads for Hellwell and frees the Rakasha, Taraka. That's a mouthful.
Taraka jacks into Sam's mind and treats his body like it's a rental.
Sam eventually gains some control, just in time for the gods to find him.
After a fierce battle, Sam is captured and taken to the Celestial City.
Odd as this may sound, Sam attempts to escape Heaven but is caught and killed by a white tiger.
But all is not lost, and having learned a trick or two from Taraka, Sam steals his own body.
With the help of Kubera and Ratri, Sam escapes to Keenset.
There, an epically epic war ensues, but Sam finds himself on the losing side.
His soul is sent adrift by way of evil radio tower.
Back in the present, Sam decides to join with the gods to defend the world against Nirriti the Black One.
Victory.
Sam leaves and, by doing so, stays as a legend.
