Seedfolks doesn't have just one "bad guy." Instead, we learn about a bunch of nameless people who leave their trash in the vacant lot. There's even one anonymous character who throws a bottle out of his window and into the lot while people are planting down there. So watch out for the nameless antagonist, Shmoopers.
