Yes, Hannah specifically blames the people on her list for her downfall, but the truth is, everyone and everything in Hannah's life antagonizes her. She can't find any peace or relief or a safe place to be even for a moment. It's not necessarily fair that Hannah places the blame so widely, but the antagonist of a story is whoever messes with our protagonist. So there you have it.
