Power
A commercial bank manager is more like the manager of a PetCo or a Staples. You have customers who come into the office and products you need to sell them. It just so happens that those products are related to financial matters: mortgages, debit cards, checking accounts, etc. You also have bosses who make you follow rules (or else). You don't have a lot of say in the bank's policies, and you don't handle nearly enough cash that one slip-up will tank the global economy...again.
On the other hand, you're in charge of your branch and your employees. You have the power to make your bank the cleanest, safest, friendliest one around. You have the power to treat your staff well and to inspire them to do their best every day.
Everyone working at your branch has the power to help ordinary citizens: by giving them a safe place to store their hard-earned wages, offering a loan so they can buy a house or a car, or just by giving them a lollipop when they're clearly having a bad day.
Power? Yeah, you've got it.
