Glory is a huge deal for those correctional professionals who develop successful programs to help criminals become former criminals. Programs that keep them from returning to jail by becoming productive members of society are a huge deal.

Think about being able to give someone back their spouse, or a child their parent, or a parent their child after a stint in jail. It does happen. But only through the efforts of lots of people whose goal it is to show inmates a better way of life is possible.

We think that's pretty glorious.
