Glory
It took a lot of hard work to build this country and takes even more hard work to keep building this country. You're a part of that as a glazier. You're cut from the same cloth (glass?) as the folks who built the railroads, who blazed trails to the west, who spit into the wind and didn't care. Hey, they carried handkerchiefs back then. They could deal with that sort of thing.
What's glory to you? Driving down the street and seeing workers at a storefront cleaning the glass you installed. Seeing a cat sunning itself in a bay window you fixed after a kid found out the hard way why dad's golf clubs are off limits. And especially knowing the safety glass you retrofitted over an old church's priceless stained glass windows will preserve their beauty for many years to come.
