You'll excel best in this field if you're someone who doesn't get bored easily, is resourceful and friendly, and you're not afraid to throw yourself out into the public. However, it's definitely more of a summer job. Don't expect to stay in it for too long—not that you'll be fired (although malls may be going extinct soon). You'll probably just get tired of doing the same exact thing every day. In other words...you'll have this job as long as you can take it.
