Compared to some other racy texts (heh heh), you won't rub up against as many challenges with "A&P." Why? Because the most scandalous thing in this story is that a few girls come to the grocery store in (gasp) bikinis. No drugs, no drinking, no wild partying, no sex.

Will "A&P" put your kids to sleep, though? Nah, it goes too quickly for that. However, they may initially express disinterest because it's "old." If that's the case, remind them that this is really a story about boys and girls and attraction. It's totally relevant today.
