Myshkin

This novel is a little unusual because the protagonist doesn't really have a mentor. After all, how are you gonna mentor the non-divine Jesus when he's already a million times better human being than you? Instead, it is Myshkin who is clearly trying to mentor the unwilling peeps around him like he did when he taught the kids in the Swiss village not to hate Marie. If only anyone else in the novel would just listen to him.
