Physical Danger
Aside from moments where you might need to, for example, escort an irate, iron-wielding guest out of the lobby at 4:00AM, there's little physical danger in the hotel management business.
You're involved in nearly every single aspect of the place, from the lobby to the penthouse suite, so there may be short periods of time when you're exposed to the dangers of a kitchen (knives and fire) or sanitation and housekeeping (chemicals and angry rodents).
The majority of the time you'll have very little exposure to danger. We can't guarantee safety if your hotel is haunted, of course. In that case you'll have to figure out whether you're dealing with Casper or the creepy girl from The Ring—those two types require quite different responses from a managerial perspective.
